There was a lot to see and discuss at the kick-off in Lichtenvoorde. After an initial round of introductions, Theo Pillen and Marcel Jansen gave the 6 international students from Hogeschool Saxion, FH Münster and Westfälische Hochschule a tour of their company. The students were given an impression of the impressive machinery on site. At the same time, they were told about numerous examples of products that the Pillen Group sells successfully.
With this newly acquired knowledge, they were highly motivated to get to work creatively: what new products can the Pillen Group bring to market and what steps can they take to get there? Under the guidance of Marloes Heering, Bernd Liesbrock and Renate Warmers, the students began their 8-week journey.
